How to get in touch

We provide a number of ways for you to be able to contact iLearn. Depending on the nature of your query chose the best method for you:

If you have an instructor already

If you want to change your lesson times of can't make a lesson for any reason you must contact your instructor to make these arrangements as each instructor controls their own diaries. Your instructor will have given you an appointment card with their number on it. If for any reason you can't find their number then please call us on the numbers listed at the top of the page.

If you feel you have something that your instructor cannot help you with, you're not happy with some aspect of the service you have received, you wish to discuss a refund on pre-paid lessons or wish to change your instructor then please see below.

Important information about credit and debit cards

Please note that in the event of paying by Credit or Debit card the following applies:

  1. We do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
  2. Cancellation of blocks of lessons will be refunded once it has been established how many lessons have been taken from the block.
  3. Refunds on blocks of lessons will be the difference of the FULL NORMAL CHARGEABLE RATE OF THE LESSON and the remaining hours.
  4. We aim to process refunds within 1 full working day. However please be aware that it may take longer to appear on your bank statement.
